Google has always emphasised the importance of content, prioritising new content that provides value to its users.

With new tools available in 2023, creating SEO content has never been easier. Using this framework, we’ll show you how to create high-quality content quickly, identify market gaps, and optimise your content for top Google rankings.

Our content production process, using AI technology.

Optimisation:

To optimize your blog posts for search engines, start by using relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and title tags.

Make sure that the blog post is easy to read, with clear headings, subheadings, and bullet points. Use simple language whenever possible to reach a wider audience and provide ChatGPT/Writesonic with specific prompts to prevent the content going off-topic. You should also tailor the prompts for each topic/blog, to make sure that ChatGPT can produce content which is not repetitive, is good for SEO, has sub-headings and is written in an appropriate tone for the brand.

You may also want to tell the AI to write in the style of a public persona which suits your brand’s tone of voice. For example, we quite enjoy social media tips in the style of Macho Man Randy Savage:

Review and editing:

When you’re happy with the content, make sure to review it for accuracy and make any necessary edits as you go. You can find our reviewing process below.

  • Make your text more “human” to improve SEO.

Run the text through AI detection to see if it passes as human written. Search engines prioritise quality content and consider all AI-generated content to go against spam policies, so they are likely to demote your content if they detect it as AI written. Use websites like Writer.com and aiwritingcheck.org to do this.

  • Rephrase complex sentences to make them simpler.

If you feel like the article needs to be paraphrased, then use Quillbot. Quillbot can rephrase and simplify complex sentences, making the blog post more readable and engaging. It can also suggest alternative words, phrases, and sentence structures to improve the flow and readability of the blog post.

  • Check for SPaG to improve readability.

One of the advantages of AI-generated content is that, in most cases, it will be free of gramar and spelling mistakes. However, you should still  review the blog post for accuracy, consistency, and grammar. The free tool Grammarly can be used to check the blog post for SPaG mistakes.

– Grammarly corrects grammar and spelling errors to make blog posts professional and error-free. It also offers a clarity score by considering sentence length, word choice, and complexity, improving the readability and accessibility of the post.

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice to reflect your brand identity.

Sanity check and work through AI-generated content manually to check everything is factual and includes references to your unique insights, company history, products, services, etc. Edit the blog post to fit your brand identity, tone of voice and content pillars.

  • Include images of your apartments, creative media and infographics.

Include appropriate images, videos, and other forms of media to make the blog post visually appealing. Use this opportunity to showcase your apartments, the surrounding area and any information you think will add credibility to your services.

Ensure that all media is properly optimised for website use, and give credit to the author as needed.

  • Update the metadata to make your blog post more easily searchable on search engines.

You can use the AIPRM extension on ChatGPT to create a prompt for meta titles and descriptions. We check these against the YOAST plugin on WordPress to optimise our blog posts more easily.

Publication:

Once you publish content on your site, it needs to be indexed by search engines in order to appear on search results. The main platform you need to push indexing on your content for is Google, and you can do this via Google Search Console.

Publish the blog post on the company website with a clear call to action and share the post on social media, email and other marketing channels to reach a wider audience. You can track and analyse the results of the promotion using Google Analytics to measure its success and make improvements for future posts.
